Sometimes I wear my shoes with socks. Once I started doing this, I got so comfortable with this look that I’ve forgotten it’s not exactly mainstream.

I’m surprised it’s not more common than it is. One part retro and one part rebellious, this trend is so much fun. Not to mention comfortable. And so cozy in the cold weather.

There are so many variations on this look. Whether socks are thin, thick, low, high, folded, scrunched, patterned or plain, there is always a way to make them work. As for shoes, I’ve seen socks worn with combat boots, brogues, dainty heels… View these other shoe/socks combos and maybe you’ll find yourself trying it out, too!
